On Saturday, March 5th, we participated a tournament certified by the federation in Cenard, where we had won two gold medals and silver with the following athletes:

Braian Toledo won the gold medal in the men's javelin throw (800g) with a throw of 76.70m. He broke the Argentine national junior and U23 records with three of his throws (73.34m, 75.66m and 76.70m), which also landed him on the 2nd place on the world junior rankings behind the Russian Valery Iordan.

This is Braian's first year among the juniors, where he already had 8 national records in these two categories, while this is the final year for the Russian. In 2009, Braian was the third at the World's Youth Championships in Italy and later he broke the world record two times with 84.85m and 89.34m, while Iordan's personal best with the 700g javelin was 83.02m.

Alexander Ordoñez also won the gold with the 700g javelin with 40,41m in the youth category (16 and 17 year olds) and Catriel Molfeso (97) won the silver in the boys' javelin throw. His best throw of 36.25m at the age of 13 with the 700g shows great promises in the javelin throw.
