XVIII Miklós Németh Javelin Throw Competition

The Miklós Németh Javelin Throw Competition is held every year on the last Sunday of September in Vác. The season-ending event is the biggest 1-day javelin throw competition of the year in Hungary. The competition records have become bigger and bigger in the past year, where last year the longest throw even crossed the 80m mark.
For the first time in the organization of the competition, the adult javelin throw will be named the Gergely Kulcsár memorial competition!
This year, similarly to last years, international participants are also expected. Entries can be made online, via e-mail, or on site 75 minutes before the start of the race. Competition notice: https://atletika.hu/hu/verseny/xviii-nemeth-miklos-gerelyhajito-verseny
Prizes: The first three placed competitors will be awarded medals (in the children's age group per year), and the top competitors will be awarded the Miklós Németh javelin and cup.
