Mirela Manjani (born December 21, 1976 in Durrës, Albania) is a retired Greek javelin thrower. Prior to 1997 she represented Albania.

She won the silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics with a personal best of 67.51 m, and the bronze medal in 2004. Manjani is also a European champion and double world champion. Her personal best throw of 67.51 metres is the current Greek record. She is also the current holder of the Albanian record in javelin with 62.64.

She represented Albania at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, USA. Mirela Manjani then married the weightlifter George Tzelili (born in Albania, Gjergj Xhelili) in 1997, becoming a Greek citizen.
