Newmarket javelin throwing sensation Goldie Sayers believes consistency is the key as she prepares to cement her place within the Great Britain Olympic team in the coming months. The 29-year-old, who has been recognised as the British number one for the past eight years and is currently in the middle of her extensive winter training programme, believes she is on course to successfully qualify for this year’s Olympics Games in London, needing to throw more than 61 metres in competition.
